PRISONER OF TIME 2 © 2008
Empty space,
Where silence echoes endlessly,
Concentrated pain,
Like a weight that cannot be seen.
Like a stone at the river's bottom,
Immovable, submerged in the current,
It carries the chill of a dark emptiness,
That the water neither carries away nor makes absent.
It is a presence that does not dissolve,
A memory that time does not erase,
At the bottom of the heart, it churns,
Like a mystery that is forever questioned.
But even the stone, hidden at the bottom,
Holds within it a story, a secret,
And in the continuous flow of life,
Pain, with time, loses its fear.
