In my soul's cries, echoing in the void,

I seek someone to say: "I too love, I too feel."

But if such a person exists, they remain distant and cold,

They do not come to my aid, or perhaps fear the instinct.

Perhaps it does not suit them to be the expected support,

To be seen as the pillar of humanity in Christ,

For carrying the cross of others is a heavy burden,

And the fear of being vulnerable is not easily seen.

But even if silence persists, I will cry out,

For I know that in Christ, I will never be alone.

And in my faith, more than in men, I will find

The divine love that has never abandoned me.
