On a weary night, a vision appeared,
A gleaming sign, marked with a radiant image.
By the orders of the dream, I thought it was an illusion,
A fleeting mirage, the result of my confusion.
I ignored the sign, paid it no heed,
But upon waking, I saw it was more than imagination.
The light was real, a profound and rare glow,
But by viewing it with indifference, I lost its support.
The prophecy, silently delivered to me,
Slipped through my fingers, and belief disintegrates.
Now, I am left with lament for what I did not see,
For the faith that dissolved the moment I let it flee.
