Oh, Humanity, the greatest pain still looms,
Like a silent storm that the heart foresees.
The most ardent tears, already forming,
Arise in the Greater University, where affliction dwells.
From the infinite, they began to roll gently,
On my face, the proof of an impending test.
I tell you, brotherhood, with a voice of compassion,
Do not desire such a course, such a discipline of solitude.
Leave to me the bitterest lessons,
The heaviest burdens and the pains that stretch.
I will bear the weight, so you need not feel it,
For mine is the path that will teach us to endure.
May your tears be of joy and peace,
And may the greatest pain, if necessary, be mine.
In Christ, I find the strength to endure fate,
While guiding humanity along a divine path.
