I am suffocating in this deep silence,

I need to cry out to the seven winds, to the vast world,

So that they carry my anguish, spread it in movements,

And zigzag through the air, evading the torments.

I do not want pain to recognize its own discourse,

I want it to lose its way, not follow the course.

In the universal audience, my genuine gaze,

Yearns to be accepted, as I am, singing the hymn:

"Humanity, the time has come!"

Fall to the side, reject those who used you.

Play the melody of your heart, in its original tone,

Make your dreams the festival of the essential.

Do not allow yourself to be the fool of the banal festivity,

Life, in idea, is a vast and plural forest.

And in it, you can find yourself, in light and shadow,

I insist, in family, where love astounds.

Share the bread, the wine, the body and the sacred blood,

For in Christ is the way, firm and beloved.

And in the communion of life, in truth and unity,

We will all be one, in eternal celebration.
