A CRY FOR FREEDOM © 2008
All that I feel and live is represented on this stage,
That I call the inventive mind,
Where dialogues are marvelled at,
In the contests of a perfect place.
Each emotion is a performed act,
Each thought, a scene to shine,
And in this theater so complex and varied,
The masks are removed to reveal.
The mind is the stage, and the heart the actor,
In the drama of experiences and illusions,
And the performance, full of fervor,
Reflects the echoes of my emotions.
Thus, in the internal theater of existence,
I play roles of pain, of love, and of struggle,
And each act, with its own essence,
Builds the story that the spirit listens to.
