REFLECTIONS © 2011

You can roam the world, in vain,

In search of God, through seas and skies,

But in the end, weary of the expanse,

You will always find Him in the same place: within you, quiet and true.

The place of faith, in its small nook,

Where silence speaks louder than reason,

And in the humility of a simple charm,

The mystery of the heart is unveiled.

It is there that, in wisdom, you will perceive,

Without grand words, without fuss or glory,

For the happiness you seek so dearly

Is born within, in your own story.

The divine is not found far away,

But inside, where the soul surrenders and stays.
