And one day, the world

Will cry out for forgiveness,

And I, without words, will be mute,

I will extend my hand.

For in the absence of voice, there is the soul,

That speaks with gestures of compassion,

And silence brings such calm peace,

That heal wound, and brings redemption.

I will need no speeches or laments,

Only the surrender of one who has learned to love,

And in the simple touch of my feelings,

Will be the forgiveness, ready to embrace.

May the world understand, in its outcry,

That true forgiveness is given in silence,

With a heart free from pain,

And a hand extended as solace.
