REFLECTIONS © 2011
When the wounds enter your body,
And the pain becomes present in every breath,
You will remember my wounds,
Those that I carried with me in silence.
You will see that pain has many faces,
And each scar tells a story,
In the deep marks of suffering,
There is an echo of struggle, loss, and memory.
My wounds, which you may have ignored,
Now resonate in your own being,
And in your flesh, you will feel the weight of what I suffered,
The burden that you did not want to see in me.
But in remembrance, forgiveness may arise,
For suffering unites hearts,
And when pain touches deep in the soul,
We discover the deepest lessons.
