REFLECTIONS © 2011

Lord, within the criteria of faith,

May I be a man with great power,

But not the power that the world seeks and venerates,

Rather the power that comes from You, the true being.

May the power You entrust to me

Be for loving, forgiving, and guiding,

May I have the strength to face the storms,

And wisdom to humbly start anew.

Let my power be one of transformation,

To serve others with an open heart,

And in the silence of my soul, may I find

Your will, always so near.

Lord, make me strong in Your light,

So that, with power, I may follow in the footsteps of Jesus.
