When the time comes to declare incompetences,

We will know how to withdraw them, delegating,

For in the recognition of limitation

Resides the wisdom of command.

There is no shame in admitting what fails,

In releasing the weight that binds us,

For true leadership flourishes

When humility extends the soul.

Delegating is an act of trust,

Not of weakness or abandonment,

It is giving others the chance

To find their throne in the challenge.

Thus, when time demands of us,

And hands can no longer hold,

We will know how to let go of what we cannot,

So that the whole may prosper.

Declaring incompetences is an art,

That separates ego from vision,

And what is delegated with clarity

Becomes a seed in another's hand.
