LETTERS TO DESTINY © 2012
When the giant wave rises, withdraw, like a shell,
Shelter yourself in your silence, in your essence,
Let the tumult pass over you,
With the calm of your patience.
For only those who close in their innermost,
And trust in the strength of the unseen,
Can cross the storms
Firmly, invincibly.
Withdraw with the certainty of God,
Who guides you even in raging waters,
For He is the helm of your destiny
And the compass of your days.
Thus, you will navigate safely,
On the best cruise of life,
Where faith is the wind that moves you,
And grace, your refuge.
In the vastness of the immense ocean,
Even if the wave tries to shake you,
Remember that, like a shell,
It is in God that you will learn to float.
