LETTERS TO DESTINY © 2012
What faith can I have among the corrupt?
You ask, burdened by disillusion,
For amidst constant lies and betrayals,
Faith seems to lose itself in the darkness.
But faith, my brother, does not depend on others,
It does not bend to weakness or deceit,
It flourishes in a sincere heart,
Even amid chaos and disappointment.
Among the corrupt, faith can be the beacon,
The light that keeps you steady on the path,
For corruption cannot extinguish
The glow of a heart that walks alone.
Having faith among the corrupt is an act of courage,
It is resisting evil without being contaminated,
It is believing that, despite injustice,
God’s truth will continue to shine.
Therefore, keep your faith,
Even if the world seems lost,
For true faith does not fade
When the heart is anchored in God.
