What God shares in the universe,

My soul yearns for, with deep fervor,

For all that comes from His divine hand

Is light, is peace, is pure love evermore.

Each star that shines in the sky,

Each breath of life in creation's flow,

Reflects the greatness of what He gives,

And awakens in me an eternal prayer to bestow.

My soul longs for that sharing,

To feel within me what He imparts,

Be it truth, wisdom, or

The sacred silence that instructs all hearts.

All that God shares in the universe

Is an invitation to fullness, to unity's call,

And my soul, small and thirsty,

Seeks in Him its home, its reason, after all.
